Principle of aluminum extrusion

Aluminum extruder is divided into forward extrusion and reverse extrusion, the majority of the current is the forward extruder, the scientific principle is the principle of hydraulic press. To analyze from the structure of the extruder: we usually divide the extruder into three parts: the main cylinder, the middle plate and the extruder rod. First of all, the enterprise needs the customer's product drawings or samples, in order to understand the specifications and sizes of the product, whether there are extrusion difficulties, how to control. After both parties confirm the drawing, the mold manufacturing can be arranged.
 
Secondly, the hot extrusion die of industrial aluminum extruder is different from the general mechanical parts processing, but is a process design between mechanical processing and pressure processing. In addition to the principles to be followed in machining, various process factors under hot extrusion conditions should also be considered. After the mold design is completed, the aluminum rod should be heated to the temperature required for extrusion, and then the sample is extruded.
 
Then, the semi-finished products need to be inspected carefully by technicians on the dimensions and surfaces, etc. If they are unqualified, a detailed mold repair plan should be formulated. After confirmation, the mold design can be carried out again.
 
After the sample is qualified, artificial straightening should be carried out to ensure good straightness of the product. After straightening, sawing.
 
Aging is very important, and the aging time is generally 8-10 hours to ensure that the aluminum extruded profile has a good hardness. For products that need to be bent, such as aluminum tubes, the hardness is generally below 10 degrees Fahrenheit, and the material of 6063 is the best.
 
After surface treatment, the finished product shall be inspected, including dimensional tolerance, surface scratch, hardness test, etc., and the qualified samples shall be made and sent to the customer.
 
After the customer's confirmation, we will carry out mass extrusion production. After all the production is completed, we will sawing, inspect and pick out the qualified products for packaging to ensure that the products will not be damaged during transportation.
 
The quality inspection personnel should prepare the quality guarantee letter, test standard, production test sheet, drawing, inspection record and other relevant documents, if the customer requires, must issue the raw material spectrum test certificate
 
The last is waiting for the customer delivery notice. In the process of using products, after-sales service must deal with and solve customers' problems in a timely and accurate manner, and make timely and detailed arrangement for customers' problems and requirements. Ensure that it is avoided in future production.
