The most common defect of aluminum alloy in the process of manufacturing is the appearance of many pores. Its main characteristics show that its appearance is smooth, and its main shape is oval or round. The form of casting aluminum alloy can be reflected in the casting surface or subcutaneous pinhole.
The gas in the aluminum liquid processed by aluminum alloy is mainly hydrogen, accounting for about 85% of the total gas. The higher the melting temperature in the process of use, the higher the solubility of hydrogen in the aluminum liquid will be, but the solubility in the solid aluminum will be very low.
In the process of aluminum alloy processing, its hydrogen is separated to form pores. The hydrogen in the product mainly comes from the water vapor in the atmosphere. It may be that the metal liquid absorbs hydrogen from the humid air.
The gas is very easy to occur in the process of aluminum alloy processing of hybrid die casting. The whole equipment may be directly connected with the atmosphere due to its pouring system, so that the metal liquid will be filled with high pressure and high speed. If its orderly and stable activity cannot be achieved, the metal liquid will eddy, and the gas will be rolled in.
During the processing of aluminum alloy, we must check whether the metal can follow up and smooth activities in the pouring system. In the process of manufacturing, we need to control its melting temperature, which may prevent it from overheating. Degassing treatment is required to choose its die-casting technological parameters in the manufacturing.
