Heat treatment is a very meaningful and valuable method to improve material quality for aluminum forging engineers and mechanical structure design engineers.
Heat treatment can change or affect the microstructure and properties of cast iron. At the same time, it can obtain higher strength and hardness and improve its wear resistance.
Due to different purposes, there are many types of heat treatment, which can be basically divided into two categories, namely those where the structure of the tissue does not change or should not be through heat treatment, and the second is the change of the basic structure of the tissue.

It is mainly used to eliminate the internal stress of casting under different cooling conditions and conditions. As a result of heat treatment, its structure, strength and other mechanical properties do not change significantly.
For the second type of heat treatment, aL Qaeda has undergone great changes, and Quanshun believes that it can be roughly divided into five categories:
(1) Softening annealing: mainly used to decompose carbides, reduce their hardness and improve processing performance. For ductile iron, the aim is to obtain more ferrite structure.
(2) Normalizing treatment: the main purpose is to obtain pearlite and austenite structure and improve the mechanical properties of casting;
(3) Quenching: mainly for the purpose of obtaining a higher hardness or wear resistance, and at the same time has a high surface wear resistance;
(4) Surface hardening treatment: the surface hardening layer is mainly obtained, and the surface wear characteristics are very high;
(5) Precipitation hardening treatment: it is mainly to obtain high strength and elongation, without causing drastic changes;
