Why does the surface of aluminum extrusion have granular bur

In aluminum extrusion production, some small particles are adsorbed on the profile surface to varying degrees. This defect has only a slight sensation and can be difficult to detect without careful observation or touch. But it seriously affects the appearance of oxidized, electrophoretic and sprayed profiles and reduces the production efficiency and yield, which is the fatal defect of high-grade decorative profiles.
How many kinds of particle burrs are there on the surface of extruded profile?
1. Absorbs dust, dust, aluminum scraps, oil and water from the air in the coal-fired aluminum bar heating furnace, condenses into particles and adheres to the hot profile surface.
2. Impurities in aluminum rods, such as metallic and non-metallic inclusions, are left over from inadequate refining.
3. Dust adhesion in aging furnace.
4. Defects of aluminum bar and the precipitation of beta phase AlFeSi at high temperature reduce the plasticity and tensile strength of the metal, resulting in particle burrs.
