The process of aluminum forging which may produce the above defects is studied and analyzed.
The defective billet was corroded in corrosive solution for a certain time. After alkali corrosion, wash with cold and hot water in turn.
Defects on the surface are still visible and the bottom is still black. The surface defects of the billet after pickling indicate that the serious defects are not common surface pollution.
There are still obvious black spots in the preforging process, but the degree is reduced. The results show that the defects of the blank before forging and pressing are not completely eliminated, and there are scratches and aluminum scraps in the polishing process. Corrosion and washing are incomplete and not found.
Scratch, polish, clean and inspect the surface defects of prefabricated parts. After repeated visual inspection, it is confirmed that the defect has been eliminated and the location of the defect is marked.
